I thought it looked just like all the other ropes ive seen. Did have to recrimp the terminal on the end which was no big deal. 125' is a lot of line.

Not really. The winch stays pretty covered underneath the bumper. My dads line on his jeep is completely exposed and its all bleached but im in vegas and everything gets uv damage no matter what here.

Yeah, I've got something like 125' of steel cable right now. I've never had it all out. Was the installation easy? I don't even know how you do it

Our winches should be 150' from warn. 125 will be more than enough for me.

Super easy once i recrimped the line. You undo your steel cable. Undo the allen head that holds it on. Attatch the line just like the steel cable was. I then spooled the first 15' with just hand tension then put the car in neutral and attatched the hook to my dads jeep and I pressed the button while my dad fed it in. Took maybe 30 minutes. The line lays itself for the most part just had to redirect it on the ends. Helps a lot to have a second person direct it while someone presses the button. And make sure the car is going straight lol.

Yeah i got their diamond line which was cheaper but had good reviews as well.

    http://www.customsplice.com/product-p/5-16diamondline.htm

They have an Amazon store as well so I ordered off of their incase there was any problems but got blue cause there was no options on amazon. Would have prefered grey.

Just get the fairlead from whoever you normally get parts from. Low range was the cheapest with a little discount at 30 bucks plus i ordered a few other things. They all seem to be the same price and are all the same. No reason to spend a 100 bucks on one in my opinion.

For those that suck with tools, what kind of shop did you have install your plate bumpers and winches? I'm not sure there's any shops in my town that would specialize in that.

You literally only need basic hand tools. I'm sure a local member would be willing to lend a hand. If you were close to me if help for sure.
