So I found out that a stomach bug hit 3 other people on my boat friday night and is still affecting them... My stomach bug has started to affect me again now. it made rausch terrible but I still had a good time. Thanks to Josh for having pepto haha

 

Really? Never heard this. I'll keep an eye on my pressure but always heard CO2 was the way to go.

 

seems true... They teach us in the Coast Guard that if you use CO2 in a really small space or if you use a large CO2 flodding system in a space that you shouldn't even enter it until its aired out because the CO2 will come through the rubber on the SCBA masks

Good find. I figured id give you the info I saw. I think its still a good filling agent but it definitely needs to be deflated and inflated when you get home which kinda sucks... Or just filled more often

So today I dropped the tank on the 4Runner to replace the leaking fuel line. Come to find out the auto part stores only carry standard size which the 4Runner is metric (because Japanese). I can use standard 5/16th line and flare it to the metric fittings. The problem is I only have one good fitting and the other basically welded itself to the tube. The problem is I can't find anyone that carrys a 14mm male flare fitting to fit the fuel filter and the line running to the fuel pump. I just replaced the other half of the line running to the motor which I can still find a prebent with the fittings in stock. The bitch is the old line had one good end and I just threw it out.

 

McMastercar? Can you maybe get a picture and some measurements with a micrometer and I can see what I have at work for fittings?

 

I need to get a spare shaft and two CV axles. I want OEM, preferably NOT new. Is there a local junkyard north of central jersey that you guys use?

 

So wheelers sent me my stainless brake lines, the front ones are stock. I called and they told me there is no need for longer brake lines in the front, stock length is more than sufficient. Sound right?

 

Go with cvj axles. I'm really happy with mine.

Yeah. The ones I have that are 3 inches longer than stock do seem rather long.
