thats what I was thinking but I think you can still go the Discount and get them to add the warranty. I will probably just end up going to Discount....peace of mind.

I bought my last set of Yokohama Geolander A/T's through Discount tire. I did use the Tire Rack pricing which I brought in and Discount met the price, had the tires shipped in and installed, warranted, etc. Great way to go and save money too.
    Good luck. K:cool:

I looked for tires and wheels combo on CL for about 4 months. I checked almost every day searching nearly every listing in the state. Never found what I wanted. Finally broke down and went down to the tire shop.

Nice to have the warranty tho

I hear what you are saying. I think I will stop looking and stop making myself nuts over it. I like the idea of having a warranty!

No picture of the tires to compare. Had Goodyear Wrangler AT/S on my F150 Supercrew. Stock tires. They were ok but didn't hold up that long. For that price you can practically get new tires. But hey, if you like em, get em. Ken

Tread looks good. Just think of your purchase as a good buy, with no warranty, no free rotation, no free flat repair. Now go and make an offer around 200-300 bucks and see what he says. If he's looking to clean out his garage he will either accept or counteroffer. good luck. K
