Continuing Tacoma (1st to 2nd)

How wide are your rims with how much backspacing? And how much total lift does that Fox kit yield? I'm looking into running a similar setup.

 

17x9 with 4.75 BS and -5 offset. The coilovers can be adjusted for different heights but it's set at about 3" now in the front with an Icon add a leaf in the rear.

 

Have any clearance issues? Any trimming that needed to be done? That's pretty impressive that you got that big of a tire under there with only 3" of lift.

 

Yeah the fenders and flares are trimmed 3" and the cab mount has been chopped.

 

Talk about a trade! Just curious on how you like camping with the soft topper?

 

I love it. I used to just use tents and this is far superior in my opinion. It's already set up, you can park anywhere with awesome views, and it's not on the ground with bugs and mud & such.

It was quite nice! Definitely worth the hour drive

Yeah I went up to Tucker, UT and started on the other side and camped up on top and dropped into Fairview the next day.

 

I live in Florida so this is about as close as I come to taking a trip through the mountains.

It's been awhile... not too many updates though. Finally got my winch mounted



And pick up seat heaters for the front seats with an inflatable lumbar for the driver seat!
