Sorry to hear about the dog...

Definitely a Monday - woke up this morning all stiff and can't turn my neck. I think my method of moving that rear subframe/diff setup from one side of the yard to the other did some damage...

    Morning, Bitches. August already, ugh.

I think I'd stick with just asking for mic check on a fresh install, myself.

Tried a Mic Check a few times on 495 today... that's one of the major trucking highways in MA and didn't get anything - didn't hear anything either...

Yep, I'm happy knowing that she did not live one bad day in her entire life. Pampered like a queen!

    Thanks everyone.

Did you say, 'Good buddy'. If so, that could be why you didn't get any responses. Or, if not, that could also be the reason depending on the cast of characters passing by at that time.

    Ford guys.

Speaking of which, have you put a leveling kit into the Ferd yet?

If you're going to try that, go to Ogunquit first. If the CB is working you'll get a ton of responses.

Nope, don't plan to either. I actually use it as a truck so my 'leveling kit' is hooking the camper up or loading several hundred lbs in the bed. It's not too bad as-is since I have a cap and keep a bin of tools in the bed. I don't mind a little rake.

Got the gain and squelch turned up? I usually run the gain all the way up and then turn the squelch up just enough to kill the static.

I stopped and looked at F150's on the dealer lots yesterday, and the 16's have got some pretty heavy rake. They all looked like they had an 8-foot plow strapped to the nose, just sitting there in the lot. I'd definitely need a leveling kit to take some of that out of there if I ended up behind a blue oval. You could probably put a 2 inch kit into them and still have plenty of rake.

despite the weather it was a good day at the track yesterday, i picked up a lot of speed and bumped back up to where i used to be pre crash. had to miss the last 2 sessions of the day because of what i believe is stator issues on the bike. i can't be too mad, i don't take great care of her and this is the first issue she's given me in 9 years

My co-worker has a 2015 and I would agree, it has a lot more rake than mine. My 2013 has a little rake, not bad though. I'm sure having a few hundred lbs in the bed helps. Were you looking at the eco-boost or V8?
