    Yup. I like this pic.

That's the Anytime Foglight mod in action BTW.

Probably because you "likey your beer" too much. And the brewery would go broke. Lol.

When I got back they hired some more mechanics and because of my recent injury they promoted me to supervisor . That took alot.of the workload off of me and I got to do more of the easier service calls

i'm affraid i won't have that situation since the other 2 had no desire to do any work before i left i doubt they do now and is probably the reason the boss is wanting me back. i'mfaifly certain i will be dumped on upon my return but i may be suprised

Has the doctor cleared you for return to work status or are you to remain on light duty sedentary position " desk jockey"

It's against the law for a company to fire you or mess with you upon returning to work after an injury at work

i was cleared for light duty 4 weeks after the operation but my suervisor told me before i left i would not be allowed to return until i'm 100%. hell i'll never be 100% again according to my therapist. if i'd have been injured at work they'd have found something for me to do but not since i was hurt at home

I feel your pain 66. I have nearly an hour drive to work, get up at 4:30 a.m. and don't care a whole lot for my job anymore. It really wears you out getting up that early and doing all that driving.

    afternoon gang

Well, day one done :woot: four more to go, then the weekend :yay:

Chris, I'm with Lloyd, see if you can find something closer and / or that you like. Less stress is better!!! I absolutely would not be able to do a job where I had to drive that far, with that traffic!!! I'd go postal  Your health will appreciate a change.

I stay where I am because it's easy on my body (get your minds out of the gutter) and I can take time off to visit my grand kids. Doesn't pay well, but, it's better than no job and it's close by. Some of the folks I work with are great.....

yep i'll be up at 3:30, out the door by 4:20, drive 1 hour 15 minutes to get there, (sometimes a little less), already tired when i get there, supposed to start at 6 but usually hit the ground running no later than 20 'til. i usually give them up to 45 minutes a day working through breaks and starting early but it never matters they're suck-ass people in a suck-ass place oh well it is what it is

I could never work that far away , that's a nasty commute . I would definitely look for something closer and a job that's less stressful

    You're a Military Veteran right ??

Not sure how far your local VA med center is but they always hire veterans . They have warehouse jobs , maintenance jobs even working in the clinics as office staff . Check it out you'll probably like it
