I was thinking I wish I was able to buy a Undercover SE when I read his post. I may have to go see the banker lady real soon. I'm sure she will be glad to see me.

I txted my wife when I was done at the tire shop expecting to get some sort of negative feedback on yet another tire set, and she just said, "looks good"

Good deal. Think I'll go look in the for sale section for a old used beat up bed step. I cracked my plastic bumper climbing in and out of the bed to wash/wax the top of the cab.

Very nice! The inferno accents look great.

For folks who have installed 17" TRD wheels, can you point me to the thread or part number for the black lugs#?

    Thanks!

What was wrong with your 2nd and 3rd set of tires?

Posted this in another thread. I'll preface by saying i'm extremely picky when it comes to tires. It comes from motorcycles (I think) but i've always been this way. If I don't like a set of tires, i'll get out of them rather than just 'deal with it'

I went from stock (which I loved the ride)

    To:

TRD Pro wheels + Geolandar G015 A/T (ride was good, but bad steering feedback and some tire pull)
TRD Pro wheels + Michelin Defenders (excellent ride quality and low noise. Steering was stiff, but the tires tended to wander and shake on certain roads, tires made the truck feel too light IMO)
TRD Pro wheels + K02 C load (I would say ride quality is the same s the HT defenders, and same amount of noise. The tires feel a bit more 'substaintial' and very smooth on the highway. I just got these installed, so I will need some time to provide a real feedback.

No lift. So far, no rubs -- however, my caster is set at 2.7.

Nice addition. Question... which bull bar did add? Looking into getting one for mine, but there's a lot of different brands and prices to choice from.

I wear my seatbelt, i just turn the truck on as soon as I get in as the Florida heat is unbearable in these trucks, all comes from the roof... so until i get chance to grab the seat belt i get 5 chimes

I realize I'm about the 1000th owner to do this, but I finally gave my grille the Plasti-dip treatment. Huge improvement over factory look, IMO.
My Tacoma is Mag Grey, but looks black because of the reflection in this shot.
