Lol burnouts are all you. Would be pretty funny putting those on the rear and having some major lean.

You don't need a wall to do a burnout lol. You need better foot work! Gotta learn to push all 3 pedals at once. If my 4cyl can do it...

    Do it!

    UPDATE:

Tracked down a used Snout Cutter for the TRD Blower and getting a great deal on that since I only need it the once. Will be ordering the 2.7" pulley here in the next couple weeks. Then to start saving for shop and dyno time. Been talking to Speed Sports. They will be cutting the snout, swapping pulleys, and gonna do a couple runs on the dyno and make sure everything is running smoothly.. check AFR's, etc.. just a good once over to make sure everything is looking and running as best as it can. plus... will finally have numbers!!!

ok moose 2 questions for ya. was there anything that tells you how much the cooper weighs in a 285? if (and this is for everybody) i get a toyota 17" wheel and then when i get the newtires put 1 of my old 285's on it will that work ok for a spare?

yep.. the 285/70/17 Cooper weighs in at 55lbs.

the spare should work.. doesnt matter what the tire is, as long as its the same size.. the wheel.. shouldnt matter either, although you would have a different track width at that point.. and depending on wheel, it might not fit the spare tire. I believe you will be ok tho..

I have a full matching spare wheel, so I dont have much input.

i'm considering just going ahead and getting another matching wheel i'm not so much worried about the tire as it would only be used to get me to a tire store for repair. iit may seem dumb to be concerned about the weight but with the 4cyl i don't want something too heavy but a p rated tire won't do much good in rough stuff either

got ya. yeah I picked up a matching spare because well.. I wanted one.. but also to keep everything the same just in case I needed to rotate it in. The P rated would probably be best honestly.

nah, just 4. I didnt change tire size and I still have that brand new Nitto mounted on my spare.

which.. speaking of.. I noticed my spare tire that I shoved in the factory location, is rubbing my diff.. actually rubbing a nice shiny clean metal spot on it. so.. back to the drawing board for the spare tire.

your saying keep yhe p rated for a spare or use them instead of a c or e rated? i wouldn't think they'd hold up well pulling a trailer or off road

how much off-road vs on road use are you going to be doing? the weight will make that 4cyl work for sure.. a P rated you're getting a little weight savings, but still decent tread. I think they just arent 10 ply like the E rated ones.

or.. you say Eff it.. and go big..

thats what I would do. lol My 98 Wrangler was a 4 banger.. rockin 33x12.50s on it.. it sucked driving on the highway.. but was a beast offroad. just gotta weigh the options.

i'd like to get into doing more off roading i've been trying to find a compromise like a c rating if that's even durable enough for offroading i know the new ridgegrappler is supposed to come out in a c. would a tall skinny tire do better with the 4 cylinder? like a 255/85/16

less rolling mass.. im sure it would help. but, for wheeling.. idk. I still prefer a fat aired down tire..
