I'm going to stick to evolving Pidgeys until I get to level 20. These pokies can be so much stronger than what I'm finding right now. I'm about 3/4 through level 18 right now...

 

I hit 21 today after my big evolve party! Gonna stick with Pidgey because that's what I got around. Gonna be good finds in Charleston

 

I've got about 12 right now but only 50ish candies. I'll focus on them tomorrow

I haven't noticed if but other people have said spots that used to spawn X Pokemon now down Y Pokemon. I'm still getting the same stuff in the same areas so idk...

 

Exciting news. Someone believe they have discovered Dratini spawns in rotation with these Pokemon. I will test this tomorrow since I usually see 2-3 Dratini at work.

 

As in they spawn in the same spot in that order? I see magikarp all the time but never Poliwag or goldeen. Psyduck and slowpoke usually spawn in the same spots, which usually have Magikarp. Dratini has been rare for me

Whay spawns in the pidgy rat (and maybe eevee from time to time) rotation?

After playing the game with friends for a couple of days now, we all think that Pokemon, while invisible until they pop up, actually rotate either clockwise or anti-clockwise around your local area, like an orbit.

Common, low level Pokemon may rotate in small circles in many areas giving them almost no 'peak time' to catch them, which makes them so common whilst the rarer and more powerful Pokemon rotate in wider, much more vast circles and perhaps move faster if they're especially rare or 'shiny'. This would explain why (for us anyway) that the further away you go from where you started your game, the more powerful/rare the Pokemon can be seen. Also why they're more elusive.
