Pretty much stock with some crap welded to it.
I just ran two the parts store and picked up a multi use bulb housing? I think it's probably called something different, but it's just a self ground socket with two power inputs one for the blinker and one for the running light, super easy to install I just had to trim around the back of the corner lights.

Keywords. I see a lot of people talking about how they want expos or other springs that are designed to carry a constant load while providing lift that simply are not carrying a constant load. Sure, they may eventually have a plate bumper/bed rack/rtt in over a year, but really a cheap set of springs will work just as good while they're saving up the $2k+ to be turn their truck into a interweb certified expo rig, then buy springs designed for what you need. A little more expensive in the long run but overall a better setup.

I'm just surprised he said pulling a couple leafs was a lot of work. That's an easy way to reduce the lift and still have strong springs ready to go when he's got the weight.

Both of those are good. I'm just tired of these 60/40's and wondering how hard it would be.

Thanks it wasn't as bad as I feared. But we just cut all the bolts off since we were replacing them with grade 8s. But it took me, my brother, and a friend. 7-8 hours that's including a trip to the hardware store and a pizza run.

If you can weld, it's pie. Got the leather ones done in an afternoon before work. If you cannot weld, then you'll need to find 3rd Gen 4Runner seats or seats from another 1st Gen taco that are single. You can play rail swap on the 3rd Gen runner seats and make em fit or cut and weld like i did. Keeping in mind that the rail on the 60 side of a 60/40 is lower on the seat than on a single seat so if you weld that mount on it'll have to shimmed up a bit to be level. I can explain this with more pics and better wording if needed.

That's why I used pictures, I think we had a bit of a term mismatch. Hopefully the pics cleared it up lol
