Couldn't connect so had the wife call them up as I have no patience, 3 hours on the phone later they tell her that they changed the username to something totally different from under us and the password was some random landline phone number. :notsure:

You fucking assholes need to realize its 3hrs behind here in Az and just because you made a mistake doesn't mean I need to wake up at 6 and rush to fix your issues you created.     Me: What does the status say on the box?
    him: Online
    me: Ok so it's up and running. What is the issue?
    him: no data is downloading
    me: Did you update the firewall with the new URL's?
    him: Why would I do that? Isn't it the same as last year?
    me: No. This is 2016 so all URL's need to be updated to the 2016 urls. You are using 2015.
    him: I am not. I don't think. Can you walk me through this.
    me: No. It's 6am. Walk yourself through it. You are a system engineer, act like one or go work at the gas station.
    him: wow. I'll be talking to ****** later about your attitude. (****** is my bosses name)
    me: Good luck with that. As soon as he understands you woke me up at 6am for no real emergency he'll tell you to go fuck an egg. Enjoy the egg big boy.



    Got off a phone meeting with my boss. His only issue with me was that I told him to go fuck an egg. Other than that he didn't care.
