    there was a feeler thread for the softopper..............recently...........but i got sidetracked and forgot about it. Has anyone heard or seen updates (or if it will pan out?)?

    Good luck. Confident but not cocky. And ask the interviewers what they like about working there. And ask them what concerns they have about hiring you? Then explain how you will overcome their concerns. Works great in interviews.

    I own a business..................I dread interviewing ppl. Most of my biz owner friends hate interviewing. We look for longevity, honesty.....each hire is an investment of our time, and the company. Personality is a plus if you are dealing with ppl. Determination and drive are also good. Depends on what the job is............but you seem to have it if they called you back. The first interview is the big deal for all....that is where most fail.........

    @Acerwin which tailight did you try to push the fence over with? I saw a driver side on CL, new, one little scratch, $90 asking I beleive
