You guys that installed center console vaults, did you have to take anything apart to do it? This "Lock'er Down" vault won't drop in.

EDIT: I'm retarded, you have to unscrew the inside cover of the factory console first.

Some new Open Hole Packers. At first, back in 2006ish, when we switched to SW from Microstation I hated it. Now I love it!!! Such a great tool/program.

Fracing. Its one part of a complete system. Your packer will isolate your zones so you can frac a specific area/stage. Basically its just a large seal.

Naw, just 4140 (alloy steel). But we do have some cool dissolvable metals. I also get to test a majority of what I design, so that's always fun. Usually after I get a successful test Ill take it to failure...I enjoy breaking things and am very good at it. LOL

Thats aweome! love breaking stuff :D sounds just like my work.. lol

We are a one stop shop for packaging. Designed, Engineered, and Prototypes tested in house. Our materials range from your basic Corrugate box material in various weights and fluting (cut on CAD tables).. to 6061 Aluminum stock (machined on one of two HAAS machines) for molds, parts, etc. We use PET plastics to pull thermoforms, mill surrogates for testing.. etc. then.. package them, and test the shit out of them. vibe, drop, compression, etc. basically TRYING to break everything.. then we record the data and go at it all over again. It's pretty fun.. especially since we have some awesome clients and get to test their stuff.
