I'm running

$29 75w-90 Synthetic Gear Lube - 1 Quart (Pack of 2)

75w-90 Amsoil full synthetic heavy duty gear oil in my front and rear diff but I don't feel slop in my drive line. (That I've noticed anyways)

 

Follow this guy. Everett can attest to this as well.

 

Amsoil in everything. Always.

 

What's the amsoil cost usually?
I was thinking maybe just pump a qt out and add some 140 for <$10 to see if it made a difference but with all of you saying amsoil, worth a shot to just try it on full drain.

 

I only popped in here because I saw the thumbnail of a Plano on the main page. I have the 42" rifle case mounted on some KBVooDoo bars, and it works really well. Had it on for 5 months now and no moisture in it.

It was about $15 a quart but for the quality product that Amsoil provides it's well worth it. I bought 5 qts and was able to fill both my rear and front diffs. Make sure you change them while they are hot.

Edit: I wouldn't advise mixing diff oil grades in anything.

I know had to see but there is a 52 in Plano up there. This was our trip to Canada. I took all the foam out and we stored towels and clothing in it.

@Dave41079 Isn't there a CnC down in Nashville early in the morning Saturday? We could go to that then head out for the modding. (And anyone else that wants to of course )

 

It's in Cool Springs, starts around 730-800 and usually lasts until around 1000-1030. It puts you about an hour the wrong direction to go anywhere near Carter though.
