    unfortunately.. I just dont have that much room.. well.. when loading up for camping that is.

    sucks.. really wanted to use that stock space..hate wasting space. guess I need to fill that area with either a under the bed storage compartment, or an air tank.

    I hear ya. Last weekend I had ice chests in the damn back seat because a table, awning, kids cots, kitchen tub and some chairs filled the bed. Lol.

    I now want my tent up higher to free up more room for bed storage. I looked into a higher bed rack system like the one allpro sells but holy crap it's expensive! I can get a new shell for that price.

    yeah, the low tent definitely makes it difficult packing. I'm still trying to figure out the best method.. have it down pretty good currently, even with the tire in the bed, but I'm looking to improve on it even more. New, larger (maybe just one) storage boxes.. try to consolidate, etc. I just dont want to raise my tent.. I really like it low still.
