haha, oh man I'd be so depressed if someone took my truck. I don't want to think about it. That does remind me though, I need to upgrade my insurance to include aftermarket parts coverage. Didn't get it at first because I had no idea at the time what kind of money I'd be putting into my truck, lol

I had Fox shock on my last truck. They drive great offroad but a little stiff on the pavement. Maybe the adjusters could help with that. The kings are just amazing. I probably wont ride anything else ever.

Didnt have the kings last time. You were definitely haulin ass at cleghorn. Cant believe you do that without airing down.:der: But the kings put me on another level so you cant keep up anymore...:pout:

I see... now I'm googling for gusset kits... I have a Mig and need to put it to use! If your rig has any welding needed (aside from Aluminum/Tig territory), hit me up.

i'm going to be adding a gusset kit here shortly, i heard/read (but can't remember where) that these gusset kits needed to be Tig welded because of how thin our frames are. I'm a little skeptical about this being true or not! Could any one verify this?

If its the front frame kit I just read about, the OEM metal is pretty thin so maybe? But for the knuckle, the OEM metal is thick and the gusset kit looks thick as well, I can't see why one can't MIG it. I'd venture to MIG the front and rear frame kits as well.

Yea I bought the rear setup about a week ago, DSM said it still should be another 2-3 weeks before they get there though:annoyed:

At least it gives me time to make the front 100% dailed :notsure:

And of course the sway bar is off

Well not planning (now). But since everything was already off and in case I do decide, mostly accidentally hit something I would rather have a bit more strength there:burnrubber:

I always thought there was a special tool you needed from King to do it. I also have to take to coils off to adjust them, correct?

To do thick stuff, I need a 220 run bad, at 120 at max output it kept opening an overload just doing some ~8th inch stuff. It takes both 120 and 220, the latter lets it reach it's potential and maybe can get good welds of thick slider brackets on the OEM frame-- its rated for 24 ga - 3/8 in.
