I was gonna send you mine. But finding a box or padded envelope, postage and handling labor would be $4.99 :boink:

Hey guys. My steering seems to be a little harder after RC. I need to put more effort into steering at crawl speed.
Maybe from all the deep water crossings we did?
What are my initial steps to diagnose?

Check tire pressure first. Steering fluid second. Then look for any binding/bent parts of steering linkage.

Ryan - I'm gonna try to steer you away from the OME shocks based on this. I trust Nick's assessment.

Tire pressure and fluid is good. I'll check steering linkage this weekend.
Would the water have affected my steering pump?

No. Only issue is if water got into the fluid.

OK. The fluid appears to be water free.

    Thanks John!

So...playing with the plasma cutter at the moment. It appears that my passenger side slider got bent up permanently by about 1/4". No bends detected in the sliders themselves. Possible that the frame rail got tweaked?
