Ok as I posted everything went smooth.....until this morning. I didn't get to drive it much yesterday after I finished, just around the block. Well today I drove it further and got up some decent speeds, as I accelerate and decelerate to around 15-20mph I'm getting what sounds like a rattle more than a vibration. Almost like what it would sound like if a bolt was loose in the factory skid plate or if the dust shroud behind the hub assembly was loose. It's less of a vibration and more of a high pitched rattle. I don't feel it in the steering wheel or floor pan, just hear it. I checked all my bolts on everything I touched yesterday and on the skid plates. Everything is tight. I removed my diff drop spacers (based on they are worthless and more harm than good), but left my carrier bearing spacers. Any thoughts? Does this sound like one of the infamous "driveline vibes" or something different? I know it's hard to diagnose based on a post without actually hearing it, just wondering if anyone has a similar experience?

I have had harmonic noises caused by vibrations before. Check your heat shields and stuff like that. Also check your drive shaft angles. The CB drop may be to big/short, also angle at rear diff could be off. Even .5 of a degree could have a very faint effect. Just my 2 cents. Editing cause I realize it didn't represent my total train of thought. Which is that there was another on going issue that may have gone unnoticed do to the others.

Free? Sounds better than $1000. Grab it even if it needs some TLC like a bulb seal around the bottom or new gas struts. Leaks typically occur at the front where the Tacoma bed has a step up from the front to the sides. Extra seal tape across there should do the trick.

I used to remove the seats from one of my cars to vacuum lol. I was just worried of the possibility of unplugging something under the seat could set off the airbags. (I only have the 2 up front)

It matters to me because you were the one that convinced me to dip my grill surround (and recommended the glossifier)! Thats good to know i can keep it looking good that easily!
