    Well my .02 short and sweet - :curls:LIFT, fasted cardio, interval cardio, and reeeallllly clean up the diet.:hungry: (not saying you eat terrible - but if I remember correctly from what you posted before, there was room for some improvement/changes) Make a good plan with all that and give it a try for at least a few weeks and see what happens. If you do and you become the Hulk....well.... then.... I don't know - be the Hulk...:notsure:

    Yeah based off the food you posted definitely room for improvement. My advice is get your diet on point. Track it meticulously and see what you're really taking in a day. The fact that you said several 100 cal snacks leads me more to think you're eating at maintenance or above and not noticing it. Lift and do HIIT. And as Shari said. If you turn into the hulk then be the hulk. A serving of gummies is small so is a serving of nuts. image.jpg

    I'm still losing a pound or so a week so I'm eating at a deficit. I was just surprised that my waist measurement went up 3/4" despite weight going down.

    I had a girl I was trying to smash challenge me to at least try Crossfit. I'd been badmouthing it as ineffective and an injury-risk, but she called me out for not having any actual experience. Fair enough.

    I retained my position. Their version of "elite" fitness is having their "athletes" gas out from a simple 800 meter run. Conditioning before lifting? Strike one. I wonder if their coaches actually know how ATP and peptides work. Anyhow, duck walks were next to wear out the legs before doing working weight squats. Strike two. It concluded with a circuit of kettlebell OHP and toes-to-bar shitdickery. Strike three.

    I came up with an on-the-spot WOD that would've been ten times as effective. Front squats, dumbbell walking lunges, barbell OHP, front raises, and stair sprints. But what do I know?
