Leaving the best is great if it weren't for all the small bills piling up. Phone, insurance, other fees... Shitty stuff.

Enjoy college. It's the best years for real. Everybody says high school is but high school is so shitty lol.

I personally wouldn't accept a job in a big city like San Jose or San Francisco in northern CA unless it paid more than 70k. Living is way too expensive up there. You pay some ridiculous amount like 36k a year in rent.

Nice! I meant the job that would come out of the internship. If that job didn't pay enough it wouldn't be worth it. Don't know what apple pays though.

Lots of my friends out of school went up north and have no spending money whatsoever. Only have enough to barely survive.

Debating on transferring somewhere that would require living in a dorm. So many people say it's a great and valuable experience :3

Ultimately depends on the person bro! Most of my college friends lived OFF campus, if not ALL of my college friends. I can't think of a single person that I knew that lived in a dorm??? I knew quite a few EE majors as well as Mechanicals and some Aerospace people. No one liked the Civils, LMAO!!!

Got 12500$ in scholarship money per year and a cheap apartment. Also think it would be kinda cool to live in the mountains/ 4 seasons. Lots of mountain bikes and wheeling out there as well

Same. Terrible relationship, awkward, only good was sports!
    Nice! Freshman or transfer?
Most colleges now require you to live one year in a dorm. Makes for a great freshman experience. Being crammed together with other people in the same boat teaches you a lot about yourself and life. Also being around girls 24/7 because they live across the hall makes it hard to be a total mess all the time! Haha

I still reccomend transfers live in the transfer dorm. Same reason. People around in the same boat.

I moved off campus after freshman year though. My view sucked!!

That's the way to go if you can. Good luck! You're gonna be hit like a truck with opportunity to either make your life super great or completely fuck it up! Most of the time the line between those two things will be blurry too! Haha

    You'll find time!

The best advice I have is to treat school like a job. Go to class every day and spend whatever time you aren't in class in the library until 5pm. Then go hang with friends, go out, etc.

Makes life way better than worrying about some work you need to do at 11pm

Good deal then. You'll kill it! I had some issues with school freshman year because my extracurricular activities took over. Took me a year to get my school straight! I blame my girlfriend
