This is why people like me will lose the chance to get to such fantastic places as TOTW. I'm one of those people who will try to clean up this garbage if I see it on something like a Nevada State Historic Marker plaque (yeah, I HAVE done this). I hope that justice is done to those who dare to break the law and try to ruin it for the rest of us, intentionally or not.

Im all for getting all sides of the story and figuring out the real deal before dispensing judgement, but I'm also of the opinion that the occasional extra fist to the face is something a large part of society NEEDS.

It would sure as hell be more memorable than being called out on a random forum by people you've never met, or the "don't be bad, mmm'kay" phone calls that these guys will receive (at most).

A fist to the face worked like magic for every school bully that ever crossed the line with me, and while I'd never suggest violence as the first answer, sometimes a moderate ass whooping really is the best teacher.

 

Verdict is already set if it goes to trial by jury of their peers. Just waiting to see if there will be a plea deal or if they will just take their judgement.

 

Yeah I'm saying that this is not big enough of a deal to get in fights over. Just pathetic really. Plus people complain that it is illegal. Assault is a larger crime than graffiti...

 

I'm all for people enjoying their time and vehicles. For people who say "its just graffiti, it's no big deal", will you say the same if they did that to the side of your truck. After all, it's just graffiti.

Looks like a Facebook groups page may have had some people fess up and apologize. I really hope none of our guys were the ones making death threats. I've seen people go to jail for that as well.

 

If you want to play that game, there is also something called destruction of public property.
