    I was pretty lucky with my son as a baby. Slept pretty much all night after the first 6 months. Now he's 13 and just like your son. Sleeps his life away unless I make him get up. Just saying "time to get up" doesn't work at all. I send the dogs in after him. Impossible to sleep thru 2 dogs pulling the blankets off and licking his face. Best dog trick ever

    Every other Friday. It's called a compressed work schedule. 9 hour days (and one eight) is still an 80-hour pay period. Boom!

    I tried 4-10 hour days but I was leaving the building at an inopportune commute time.
