Mines floating around 180-190

 

Highest I have seen mine is 150. It's been close to 100 here on the buckeye state. In the mornings or at nite only runs about 130 or so

 

This was just now pulling in the driveway but went only 7 miles. Lol

 

Your X0001is wrong, should be X0009 and your /:0001 is wrong, should be /:0005, out format is wrong, should be 00.

I programmed my 2015 today and the bottom setup of my earlier post worked for mine. The good news is yours is now showing the transmission temp and thats all that matters.

 

Yeah it took adding these figures to get it to respond and all this feedback is good with everyone's set up. I'm hoping it's set up correctly and seeing accurate data! It's a handy tool to have. Small and compact! I'm digging it!

 

I was using a scan gage and decided to get ultraguage when the group buy came out. I may try and sell my scan gage sometime in the future to recoupe the cost of the ultraguage or I may just install it in my girlfriends car, so many choices, so little time.

 

It's good to have. I would keep it.

 

I just noticed right before the gauge shuts down after you turn off the ignition the Trans temp goes from the actual temp to err for a second , then turns off.

 

I didn't pay attention to mine today, but I will be looking for it tomorrow now.

 

It's probably normal. Keep us in loop! Lol.

 

Any one with a 05-11 taco get the engine oil temp to work on theirs? Cant get mine to so im just seeing if thats even an option

 

Update on trans temp, err displayed. Unassigned all gauges, double checked math on Fahrenheit, as of now displaying both f and c temps with err on both. UG customer support is non existent

 

With all respect your missing a step somewhere. Here are the 05-11 codes witch I think you already have. Keep trying.

 

No disrespect taken. That's what I keep thinking. Is it X:1000 or X:0001?

 

For what it's worth, I'm picking up an MX and getting rid of my Blue. Already have it all in the works and it's in the mail.

Think I like the idea of having the separate unit to look at instead of an app on my phone. So we'll see if I can get the trans temp to display on it once I get it.
