Nice trail but not fun on foot. We only saw 1 gym (thst I took over) and maybe one stop. I'll go back on my bike next time.

 

Yeah the poke stops are spread about probably half/full mile between. They are at each little bench area where people would probably stop because they are too out of shape to keep going. The gyms are usually at the trail sidewalks from the neighborhood, which usually also have a stop or 2 next to them. I cover about 8miles in the hour I bike it so that gets me 10-12 stops and usually 3-4 gyms if they look like I can fight them...and tons of magikarp

 

Also if you can get to the dam side of the trail (closer to falls of neuse road) it seems more Pokemon populated. That's where the Psyducks seem to hang out in groups, which usually means magikarp and dratini

 

Lol damn, I have been affected by this last update so I'll keep playing, we'll see what the next one brings

same my gf hates it but she sometimes catches pidgeys for me while I'm driving

 

Yea none of us like to walk that far unless there's a pokestop nearby to motivate us LOL
