Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
I believe that was another one of the party. The Pottsy/BBP Fab folks (Pottsy@bbpfab.com).

I have an idea: everybody post the worst thing they have ever done in our lives and see how it compares to this. Seems like a lot of people here have never made a mistake in their lives. We have decided it's wrong. Now let's figure out how we are going to fix it.

Tire marks on a trail, go figure. As far as I can tell, the main reason for those is, ohhhh, maybe because, errr, we don't have hovercars yet! Idiotic reasoning. There is a huge difference between seeing tire marks on designated trails and @dippydouchebagTacodick @turbodickwaggerTRD @liftedcockface, etc. scribed all over the top of a rockface in a prominent and obvious place like TOTW for all to see.

If you can't see that difference then I definitely think you might have been dropped on your head as a baby. I also need to know where you live so I can swing by and write all over the front of your house. I mean, there are tires marks on the driveway, so it's totally cool and okay...

I called the BLM office in Moab and left a message for Miles at 7:50. I asked if they were enlisting help as I am just an Offroad enthusiast that learned of the situation through the Internet. He hasn't called me back. I would guess they have it under control and don't need someone else screwing it up. Maybe Rut should call himself, I'm out.

I'm sure there are appropriate ways to clean stuff like this without causing additional damage to the environment.

I was googling it and this is what I came up with on a rock climbing forum...

    1) Strip-it (chemically)
    2) Paint it.
    3) Sandblast it/Power-wash it.
    4) Maidy's quick and easy (no paint)cover-up.
    5) Leave it alone. Let the sun and wear take care of it.
    6) Hire a sniper to kill taggers.

Better yet, go walk the trail. I'm guessing you wouldn't see tire marks if people simply walked the trail. This thread is friggen ridiculous.

Tired, so tired. So, lets just close all the trails and hit up Nordstroms! Or go ape shit and graffiti, throw out empty Keystone cans, shit on the trail (literally)? What is your point exactly?

That is the ultimate goal for all the tree huggers and this type of shit will give them all the leverage they need to keep closing trails.

This is my sentiment too, but I know there are a lot of people out there that enjoy wheeling. Just because I don't agree with it, doesn't mean I think others shouldn't be able to do it. Just be respectful about it; stay on designated trails, don't throw trash out the window, and don't deface the landscape.

I'm confused are you defending the land or dissing the people that do? You don't like writing on rocks, but you're okay with regular trail use such as tire marks, trash, shell casings, pollution, and regular litter? Dissing "tree huggers" because they don't see the difference between regular trail use and small writing on a rock?

An intended trail designated for ORV use will have tire marks, that is a given. What is difficult for people to understand about this? Writing all over a trail, leaving behind garbage, and generally treating it like shit is not really showing much care for a designated ORV trail, especially scenic ones like Moab. Make sense? I'm all for hiking and other non ORV related nature enjoyment, but if you want the truth, nobody should even be walking around in the wilderness according to conservationists because even your footsteps do damage to living organisms. May as well let ClearChannel put a fucking billboard right at the end of that rock ledge if everyone is cool with tagging up the rocks with paint pens. I don't go to scenic places to see peoples hashtag bullshit. Tire marks on an ORV trail are unavoidable, egocentric self advertisement is... /story.
