I think the part that is really fucked is a few inches up, as the threads make it through. With a ton of effort I got it half way through the upper arm but it got lodged in there and we had to use a ton of force to get it out

When I put my kit on, same kinda thing happened on my passenger side. It took alot of twisting to get it to line up enough when the arm was on to get it through the last (rearward) sleeve. Try putting a different (few inches long) bolt/ratchet extension in the fucked up hole, and use that leverage and a heavy hammer to try and massage it back in the right direction.

Truthfully, that part that is fucked is just a spacer. So even if you have to cut it off, you can space it out fairly easily.

-Put half of the other bolt/rod/ratchet extension inside sleeve that needs to be straightened from whatever side is tweaked.

-Use a hammer to "tap" the bolt/extension in which ever direction to try and straighten out the end of the sleeve. Essentially using the bolt/ext. as a pry bar by applying force in any direction perpendicular to the shaft.

It really shouldn't take too much to get that bolt back in if it came out easily. Lay the bolt on flat ground, and roll it to make sure its not bent.

And maybe try some lube, that always helps with tight holes haha

All you need to do is use an angle grinder with a de burr on the end to enlarge the opening a bit and it will go right through.

Hi all, Does anybody have 4 spare wheels in your home or garage I could borrow for just two days?
I desire to have my wheels Powder Coated, and shop needs me to turn in the wheels without tires,
and I need my truck take the 4 wheels to the tire shop to have tires removed and then drop off my wheels to the paint shop.
The best quote I got so far is $50 per wheel.
(doesn't include the charge to take tires off, put back on, balance and alignment)
