What's the easiest/best way to go about preloading my coilovers?

I have the icon wrench

 

Anybody here work for advantage auto glass and stake claim to a lt first gen with camburg up front in show low?

 

Lift the truck and get the weight off the shocks.
Loosen set screw
Crank coilover nut
Tighten set screw
Settle shocks with a test drive over some bumps.
Rinse and repeat as necessary

 

dude I order Orient probably once or twice a week since they are literally right across the street from us. They make surprisingly good Sushi

Don't need to remove tires to do it, just get the tires off the ground.

There is an hex head screw on the coil nut that needs to be loosened in order to rotate the coil nut
