I ate Chipotle everyday this week. Is that some sort of Xbox achievement?

Well, the wife went and scheduled us for another night of debauchery at Mexican tonight with our friends. Gonna stick to the plain grilled chicken again. Instead of beer, I'm just gonna take shots tonight though. 70 calories per shot @ probably 5 shots = 350 calories #winning

EDIT: all this AFTER I smash chestnbis after work

I thought you were talking about mine for a second. I sold my PreRunner and got a 4WD last year and it's covered in dents. Doesn't matter b/c Supercharged 4x4

Dude...my wife also scheduled Mexican tonight, so I am going to have to go to the gym straight after work. Usually I like to lift on Friday nights, starting around 8:30/9. The gym is empty, it helps me wind down from the week, and most importantly, it keeps me out of the bars.

    Misery loves company :D

I hate working out when the gym is empty. I perform best when the gym is packed b/c I'm a narcissist.

    Bad link, bra

I like working out in an empty gym because even though my lifts are strong and I lift more than 99% of the gym, I am still self-conscious.

    Is this link any better?

ETA: Just checked, nope, no good. Maybe you have to be a member of the forum to see it.

If you click on "The Forum" link in the top right and then choose the "Boss of Bosses III" sub-forum, check out Dan Green's training log posts. He is obviously an animal.

Going camping in a bit. I think I eat better in the woods than I do when I do my meal prep. It's just meat, sweet potatoes, and breakfast food all weekend.

Heading to the beach this weekend. Haven't been since the 4th of July. I don't think I've had any alcohol since then so that should make up for the landslide I'm about to tumble down tomorrow:bananadead:

Thinking a refeed tomorrow of sushi. Didn't do it last Weekend because I wanted to be as lean as possible Wednesday for the one year but the benefits out weigh it. Being tired as fuck all
Week and drained doesn't work for me

Same. Nothing but meat and alcohol for me lol. I love camping.

    Drink all the alcohols

Love some sushi! I did my first recorded Friday morning weigh-in this morning. Do you still weigh throughout the week or do you wait until Friday to do it?

No doubt. Local liquor store has a case of 18 Coors banquet 1 pint cans for $18. Easiest decision I've ever made. I'll see my wits on Monday.

I weight daily to see the trend but I only count Friday. Like Wednesday I was 218 but today I am 220 so my weight is marked at 220. That's how I keep things constant
