I've had tons of bikes growing up buy my first was a Redline but when that got stolen it was replaced with a SE Quadangle. That was my life.

My best friend's little brother had an Elf and it was pretty sweet. Light too but they were terrible at riding so it went to waste.

I still got mine somewhere. I used to love this thing. We'd grind curbs with them, go off road. These need to make a comeback. Just add a little suspension to them and they'd be great!

We used to use Mr. Zogs sex wax on the bottom of it to grind curbs.
I rerouted the handlebrake lines thru the gooseneck so I could do barspins with it. GOD I wish I had a storage unit with all my shit I had as a kid.

I really wish I still had my T&C Surf Designs T-shirt collection I wore in middle/high school. I had over 20 different ones. I posted these way back in this thread too.

Look if you dare: Remakes are coming (imagine that) Even Ace Ventura without Jim Carrey.(yeah you read that right)....WTF!! And a Scarface remake too!!!
Then there's douchecanoe Will Smith who wants to remake one of my fave westerns The Wild Bunch. NO!

The Patrick Swayze favourite was mooted for a remake back at the end of 2013, and we didn't hear anything more about it for some time. Recently, though, Ronda Rousey - the UFC fighter who popped up in Furious 7 and the Entourage film -has nabbed the lead role.

We also know that Michael Stokes had penned a screenplay for the new film, and that Rob Cohen, of xXx and The Fast And The Furious, was set to direct at some stage. Cohen is believed to have departed the project at this stage, though.

    Short Circuit
    [IMG]

As much as we love them, Short Circuit and Short Circuit 2 are a pair of films that really do show their age. That said, the raw materials remain fun, and perhaps that's why Dimension Films remain keen on a new Short Circuit franchise. They've hired Tim Hill, of the first two Alvin And The Chipmunks movies (as well as Muppets From Space), to direct the new film, with Matt Lieberman writing. We're going to get an edgier robot too, we gather.

Fisher Stevens, who appeared in the first two movies, is linked with the new one. But there's been no word on the new Short Circuit for a little while now. Has the project been quietly dropped, we wonder?

    The Warriors
    [IMG]

Huge fans of Walter Hill's The Warriors here, which occasionally finds itself thrown into remake discussions. Earlier this year, Mark Neveldine - the co-writer/director of the Crank films - admitted that he and Brian Taylor are interested in tackling a new take on The Warriors. "It's just in rights hell at the moment", he told Screencrush.

He added that "We have never been interested in remakes, and probably still aren’t. But that’s the one that we’ve always felt would just be awesome. We just feel like we’re the perfect guys for that job; baseball bats, roller-skates, gangs, the heightened world"

"We would set it, obviously, five minutes in the future, and we’d really love to build these flamboyant gangs and have fun with them, and have a heightened sense of action and bring all the things that we’ve learned and stolen from Rodriguez and Tarantino and other great directors and put it on the screen", he added.

The Warriors is on my favorites list too. I ACTUALLY think it could be redone right. It just depends on who's doing it. If a director who makes the film be complete anarchy it could be pretty badass.

I've got a bowl full of these in my kitchen, one for snowboarding and two for surfboards. I buy T-Shirts from them all the time too. Usually on sale for $10 each.

Just read that they are remaking Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Also it was a pretty good day at the thrift store.
