All Pelican Brand... Most of these were found for specific TW members but I'll be following up this post with a set that I grabbed to sell just because they were so well suited for Tacoma needs. Stay tuned...

As I have said before here is the scoop... THIS GOES FOR EVERYONE!

I have been reaching out TW members to see if anyone would be interested in me "shopping" for them. I've asked for TW members to send me their desired specs (preferred brands if any, color, size restrictions, dimensions, wheels or no wheels, foam no foam, and anything else, etc). Once I have enough people who are interested... And have established what you are looking for. I will check out my local resources (technology companies, surplus, retail) and see if I can find anything that suites each persons needs.

    I've found the following brands:

-Pelican (1660s and 1650s are popular and easy for me to find)
    -Pelican-Hardigg
-Hardigg (Which are what my personal ones are)
-ECS (harder to find practical sizes)
-SKB (Usually rather expensive, but usually practically new!)

Color wise, most of the cases I find are black or dark army green. Occasionally I'll find grey ones, and rarely do I find tan ones (plus I've been keeping them for myself haha).

I've seen all sorts of sizes/dimensions, so if you want something specific in that regard let me know, but giving me a range is really helpful!

As for pricing... One of the reasons I'm making the list of interested buyers is that often times I can get a good discount on the cases if I buy them in bulk. Usually however, the prices can range from $60-$140 each depending on the case (mainly size dependent). They are also all USED cases but finding functional ones in good condition isn't a problem. Almost all of which are weatherproof and some still have their pressure release valves in working order (which is nice if you are changing elevations often).

Once we have established your desired spec, I'll ask for your contact info for when I go shopping! So start PMing me...

PS: In the meantime... I have a couple up for sale NOW!!! I'll be posting them momentarily.

FOR SALE: PELICAN STORM 2975 CASES!!!

    IMG_2768.jpg
    IMG_2769.jpg IMG_2771.jpg IMG_2765.jpg IMG_2767.jpg

I grabbed these while I was shopping for some other TW members today because they were too good to pass up… They are a set of Pelican Brand Storm IM2975 Trak Cases w/ Foam Inserts Here is the a description:

The Pelican iM2975 Storm Trak Case is an injection-molded case made of HPX high performance resin, that is virtually unbreakable, dent-resistant and shatter-resistant. It is tough, rugged, lightweight, airtight and watertight. There is a permanently attached Vortex valve that automatically adjusts air pressure without letting in water, and won't unscrew from the case. Press & Pull latches open with the push of a button, yet stay closed securely under impact or stress. The case has unbreakable molded-in hasps that allow the addition of standard size padlocks. It has hinges with integrated feet that hold fast under impact, and create a flat surface for upright stability. It is carried by three double-layered, soft-grip, solid-core handles, lightweight retractable, telescoping handle and rugged in-line wheels.

    Exterior Dimensions: 31.3 x 20.4 x 15.5" (79.5 x 51.82 x 39.37cm)(LxWxH)
    Interior Dimensions: 29 x 18 x 13.8" (73.66 x 45.72 x 35.05cm)(LxWxH)

-This case has a multilayer cubed foam bottom and a convoluted foam pad in the lid.
-Injection-molded case made of HPX high performance resin is virtually unbreakable, dent-resistant and shatter-resistant

-Permanently attached Vortex valve automatically adjusts air pressure without letting in water, and won't unscrew from the case
-Press & Pull latches open with the push of a button, yet stay closed securely under impact or stress
-Two unbreakable molded-in hasps allow the addition of standard size padlocks, offering another measure of security
-Hinges with integrated feet hold fast under impact and create a flat surface for upright stability
-Molded-in stacking ribs provide no-slip stability for multiple case-stacking during storage or transport

    Carrying options:
-Three double-layered, soft-grip, solid-core carrying handles provides strong, durable comfort
-Lightweight, retractable, telescoping handle locks in place
-Rugged in-line wheels have shielded ball bearings, and are composed of a nylon core encased in a polyurethane tread. The wheels are mounted on a solid axle for improved stability and ease of transport.

In short… These things may be used, but they are indestructible and everything from the clips to the hinges to the weather-stripping is great for condition. They fit nicely side by side between the wheel wells of a 2nd Gen. and they also have wheels for convenience. Perfect for your camping and/or recovery gear or tools. Keep the foam or remove like I did! I’ve done a quick rinse on these but if you want to remove the paint and/or shipping label adhesives I find that solvent and a scrubby usually does the trick!

These retail for over $250 new! I’m asking $120 individually or $220 for the set!

So start sending those PMs… Looking forward to meeting more of you guys! I'm located in Old Town Scottsdale!

Anybody have a G19 gen4 or know somebody with a G19 gen 4 that would be interested in trading for a G26 gen4? Has night sites, an extended slide release, 3 magazines (one with mag extension), american flag backplate (I'd like to keep this), ZORN (local company) IWB holster and a serpa level 3 holster. G26 has fewer than 1k Rounds through it and minimal holster wear. I would sell for the right price but would prefer to trade.
