Just bought some mass gainer for the first time. And I'm starting to use my fitness pal to track my calories. I lost too much weight on deployment... I guess we'll see how it goes

 

Why mass gainer? Why not just eat more real food?

 

At least your hair is finally growing back out.

 

So muscle of next week should be traps and along with that what you do to build them yourself. As well as reps and sets. I've gotta get mine back the best I can its so weird looking without them.

Condensation. Lights aren't sealed tight enough.

 

I've seen that on light bars. Should be an easy fix, just have to let it dry good before you seal it up

 

I'm on the go quite a bit. And transit mostly on my motorcycle. So it's difficult to pack a large lunch and the rest of my life into a backpack everyday when I can get almost 1000 calories out if a shake

 

Probably because he hates to try to fucking eat a trillion calories like I do.

Mass gainers are great when you get tired of eating.

 

And trying to hit 3500 a day is tough
