    :confused::confused:

    If she has insurance and her company is paying the claim, your deductible shouldn't even apply.

    Removed the headliner ... laid down two layers of sound dampening as well as two of insulation ... time will tell.

    As a side note ... I had laid in the insulation over the front ... went in for an hour ... returned to install on the back. The insulated front was cool to the touch where as the rear with just the sound dampening was very warm.

    I'm glad to see you are supporting a MD company by buying a Mobtown product. However, let me share my 2 cents of caution. I too am on my second Pop and Lock pl5400. My first one failed, with the tailgate closed, and in the locked position. The only way to get it unlocked, was to take the bolts out of the top of the tailgate skin, remove the cap, then squeeze my hand down to the lock by pulling the skin back enough to get it unlocked. The only reason I haven't invested in the Mobtown skin myself is a fear of my second pl5400 failing and not having a skin flexible enough to get my hand behind it, with the tailgate up and bolts still in it. I'm not trying to tell you not to use yours. This is just my cautionary tale.

    Get a quote from the dealer for a new bumper and install. Give it to the insurance company they should give you the money for the repair minus the deductible. It should be enough to cover the cost of a trail gear bumper and Paint. it and install it yourself for free. Here's a pic of mine I love it.

    I am well aware. The first one failed with it locked and my hard folding tonneau closed. Had to squeeze my arm under and open the tonneau and then remove the tailgate cap and use a long screw driver to open the tailgate. Well see how the new one goes. I have the original handle standing by.

    Hey, tell me more about what and why you are doing this. I live in Texas and the cab gets flippin hot. I've owned my 2015 since April and I continually wonder why a 2015 vehicle should have so much cabin noise (wind noise). I'd like to learn about what you are doing.

    Cleaned my engine with the stuff KB Voodoo recommended finally today. Pic is while it's still drying but looks a lot cleaner than before.

    Also tried to install the bed step I picked up but gave up. The bolts you need to remove from the hitch are a fucking pain in the ass to take off so took one out for today and will try again another day to do the other, or later
