If you got the SR5 you should have scout connected nav.
If you want built in nav an aftermarket unit would be your best bet.

There are better alternatives to be found in the aftermarket. I'd suggest going that route.

The TRD and Limited head units have built in nav.
With your SR5 you should be able to connect your phone with scout gps app to your radio.

Honestly, I don’t know why anyone would want to add gps.
I have the SR5 and can/have used scout it works somewhat like the factory type and better than the entune on my 4Rltd. It also updates without an outrageous factory charge.

I’ve also used all the best gps brands out there, and none work better than google on an Iphone with bluetooth on your stock HU.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!

A portable 12v CD player works best.
No complications, no electrical warranty issues, you keep your vehicle stock if you sell it, and keep the player for the next vehicle.
It doesn't get much simpler than that.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!
