Picked this guy up a couple days ago. Went from a base model 5 lug to a fully built crawler. Time to learn.

No but DR coilovers and Total Chaos ucas is more built than I've ever had. Sorry I'm stoked on having a capable truck. Next time I'll be more anal about my word choice

 

If i wasnt on this forum i woulda thought the same probably. turns out 3" CO lift, 33s, and some armor is pretty much the norm for basic offroad upgrades.

 

Probably the only non SAS 5 lug 4x4 taco in existence

I can see by your pictures you have the newer Goodyear wrangler mtr's. They are not directional, rather have an inside and outside. The side of the tread with the longer lugs need to be facing out.

Incorrect. As long as the right side is mounted facing out you can rotate that wheel/tire combo to any one of the four corners of your truck. Lots of tires are asymmetrical these days, my mothers 2016 impala has a set, nothing to do with being a directional tire.

 

then why are the lugs going different directions???

 

I tried having the shop flip them right now...he didnt seem to want too...its ok..i didnt have my spare...ill be going elsewhere. ..and other shop will only charge me $20

 

Don't know. But I do know they are not directional tires. There isn't any directional arrow on tire

 

Not directional...i know that much...lol....but the whole "inside nubs being softer" makes sense.

As much money as i have dumped into this, i wanna get the most out of my setup....even if it means rollin with white letters out...lol
