And as far as cv axle angles go, as long as you install the ucas the same time you do the additional lift the angles won't be too bad at all. I'll try to get a pic in the am to show you mine with 9 inches of lift. I did have to replace both axles after I added my additional lift. But at that time I didn't have my uniball ucas and I was actually sitting at around 10.5 inches give or take 1/2 inch. I dropped the front end down to 9 and added my ucas and put new axles on at the same time and I'm good to go. Also I highly recommend to get a powerstop brake kit with drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic brake pads, extended steel braided brake lines too. Your braking will drastically improve. I just got done within the past month and a half getting all these extra mods done to my rig, now it's drivable again and enjoyable lmao. Just trying to get you to do it right all at once from the jump so it doesn't become a money pit. And don't pay any mind to these guys who don't have a drop bracket lift and have never stretched one for additional lift. There are a few of us who have the knowledge to get it done .

And that is exactly why I came to this site. I knew someone has done it. and I could already tell this truck is gonna be a money pit but only because I choose to have it the way I want. Thanks for the reply I know what direction im headed for and will start a build thread to contribute to this awesome site.

Bottom line there is a right and wrong way in doing things.

I still say look at @Glueman to see what a larger lifted applications with capable mods done right looks like.

@Evenflow can tell you what kind of cash was needed to get custom Kings but Glueman ended up with them when he went LT.

Shit @Blacktacoma23 uses his rig on 37s. Theres a fun way to get some height. Dirty sevens drop the mall panties. This guy owns the bed bath and beyond parking lot like a boss (now with painted flares)

    <3 couldnt resist that comment

Just do yourself a favor and research all sides before you spend and make a costly mistake.

Jon, I re used my CO's with my LT kit because they were an 8" body with a 10" rod so it was only $300 to have them rebuilt, re valved and have the shafts swapped out to an 8" shaft.
