So fucking expensive. $40 for like 8 servings.

 

Fuck shrugs. Dead lifts and farmer's walks is where it's at. Also much better exercises as far as burning calories, recruiting muscles and physique goes.

 

It is expensive. But it works. It helped me put on about 20 lbs. I just got tired of eating so much. It's a chore. I was up over 5000 calories by the time it was all said and done. So, the shakes helped, and I trust ON.

 

Apparently it's time to start bulking again. This was in my Facebook "on this day" thing from a year ago.

 

Ran an okay 4 miles this morning and set a new PB on my 5K time. Looking forward to next weekends race. Only 3.1 miles of mud and 15 obstacles!

My truck was in 8ft of water for about 2 hours last Friday. Mine looked just a little worse.

Ya it would be if I told the insurance company! I got it running again and right now the only thing the engine needs is a new O2 sensor and possibly a new maf sensor. Before I swam out my window I popped my hood. Then after I got some air I went back down and disconnected the battery to save as much electronically as possible. Air bag computer might have been killed I gotta try to diagnose that light today. Killed my door lock actuator which I rebuilt and the interior fan "aimer" don't work. The part that changes where the air goes from your feet to the window etc. What the heck is that part called? Oh and this relates to the gym because it's really cutting my into my gainz

True and true. So expensive, but it works. A cheaper route is to just make your own mass gainer: 2 scoops of whey protein, honey, oatmeal, and whatever fruit you want to add...does the same thing. Calories is calories.

But what do your traps look like?

Was thinking along the same lines

 

Buddy was showing me a local water hole to play in. Was only a couple feet deep in 99% of it. I found the 1% that's 8ft deep haha.
