I can take pics some after work. I'm in Newton and work in Framingham.

I just took a look at your bumper and mine is the same except I have the 4 square cutouts for LED pods.

Nice, I live in Framingham. Be nice to see some more Brute Force's armor around these parts. :D

Really wanting to replace my bumpers with this BruteForce armor.

I have a question on the HC tire carrier. How are the swing outs? do they rattle or move much on the trail?
Also on the website, for High Clearance, theres standard and tube, I assume that the tube is all tube and the standard just has the kicks on the sides?

I should have just went this route to begin with. :(

I believe high clearance is its own kind. Standard is a rear bumper replacement, no cutting required.

I have a standard Pelfrey with swingout, and I am not happy with how sturdy the swingout is when closed or open. I have a gusset that they sent me also, but I havent welded on, because I ordered a HC with swingout from Billy. Hopefully it will ship soon, and I can report back.

Im talking about the high clearance standard and the high clearance tube. Both are high clearance, not the standard rear bumper. This is how it is listed on his site.

Here is my front bumper. It fit way better than expected for a custom hand welded bumper from a small shop.

If I had to do it all over again I would have taped off everything above the lower edge of the headlights/grill and given the silver pieces behind the bumper a quick spray of black paint.

Now I need to fab up some brackets for the Rigid pods so they will fit. The brackets that came with my Rigids are about an inch too tall.

Sorry Dane, I misunderstood what you were referring to. I just have a standard rear. On his Facebook I once came across a cool hybrid he made, but I'm pretty sure it was a one off. Hope you find what your looking for, lots of guys have them on here so I'm sure you'll find your answer soon. You could also pm someone who's got one, there a few in this thread if I recall.

Can't comment on the swing outs but I do have a standard HC bumper sitting on a pallet in the garage waiting to be installed as soon as the summer weekend schedule clears up and I gather enough balls to chop perfectly good bed sides. LOL

Correct, the Billy's tube bumpers are mostly made from tubing and the "standard" HC is the plate bumper with the two kick tubes (one on each side of the bed).

On the HC rear bumpers with tire swing, to the guys with the backup cameras are you relocating them to under the tailgate? I assume the tire blocks the camera in the handle?

Really contemplating on getting a tire swing on mine

I have a set of Rigid DOT pods and noticed the same thing over the weekend when I was trying to install the pods. The pods were sitting too tall with the included mounting bracket. What I did was flip the bracket backwards so it will sit closer to the pod to shorten the overall height. I'm not going to be able to post pics in the next couple of days since I'm traveling for work but will do so when I get back.

How close does the top of the bumper come to touching the bottom of the grille? The bumper doesn't come close to contacting the body anywhere when flexing does it?

Also do we have to cut the metal bracket that runs across the bottom of the grille that connects the headlights? I cut mine to install my bumpers that I have now and I want to replace it, because I feel that my headlights are tweaked ever so slightly. The headlight filler piece on the bottom of my drivers side is a very tight fit right now
