For the most part we fit everywhere. Dakota got hung up where the first few pics show him real close to a tree, but that was an optional line. The last line I took at moon rocks was very tight but Dakota did a really good job spotting me so I didn't get any body damage, just hit my bumpers/skids/sliders a bit. You'll fit everywhere we did because A) You aren't LT B) you are a first gen.

    That helps...
Puyallup is decent. Some nice areas, some are just ok. I suggest avoiding Spanaway and Parkland, as well as Lakewood. Avoid the Hilltop in Tacoma. The North End and University Place is nice. Lacey is nice and Dupont is small and nice. I have lived and looked at living in many of those areas, so I do have some first-hand experience. If you prefer areas that are much more rural/woodsie, go South and East of JBLM.

Nice! Thanks for the info. I'll keep an eye out for the next trip over.

How ya liking the LT? The extra width a noticeable detractor?

I LOVE the LT! I did notice the track width difference today with making my way through the forest around some logs and on the last line at moon rocks, had to back up a time or 2.. but other than that not really. Im glad I didn't go with the 3.5" kit though

I was there on my dirt bike yesterday. 4x4 trails looked pretty gnarly.

some of those names sound familiar, the wife has mentioned them. Im telling her to not get too amped up about house hunting yet since we still have some time and any houses she sees now will be gone in 4 months. But I will def revisit this once it gets nov/dec timeframe and we have actual, realistic options.

Thanks for all the in put!

Are you guys buying? The market around here is super crazy right now. In my area houses are selling within a week for well over asking price.

My friend's house in Hillsboro sold in 4 days for cash, no inspection. I could be wrong, but I think it went for $20k over asking price.

JBLM traffic is going to be horrible no matter where you live, it's one of the key reasons why I rarely went north. Anything close is going to be brutal for the market, but my vote would be Lacey or Olympia. I liked my time there

Which is good since the housing market here is very over priced and inflated.

And have fun learning to pronounce all our towns names. My gf is from Vermont and it was interesting figuring out where the hell she was talking about when she butchered town names :)

Yeah. Housing market is nuts. Got mine last year - went on the market on Thursday, I saw it Saturday, put an offer on Sunday for $20k over ask. Ended up as one of more than a half dozen offers.

Glad I'm done with that. If you're not fighting with getting a house, you're fighting with skyrocketing rents...at least along the 405 corridor.
