God it's hard to keep up with these calories. Any suggestions on food that's not super high in fat but has some good calories. I'm struggling to hit my count. I suppose that now that I'm moved in it will be easier. Thinking a lot of brown rice in my future...

Depends on what your goal is. Fat isn't always a bad thing. Like myself I eat high fat low carb high protein. My body doesn't respond well to carbs

Just got back from a ride and let me tell you I usually am a Starbucks snob with my coffee since I rarely actually pay for it but that black iced coffee I got from McDonald's was fucking on point. And 3.00 cheaper. I may seriously be considering a change in snobbery

Weekend went better than planned. Only had maybe 6 Ultras all weekend. Didn't eat bad but I didn't eat much. My mother in law is in charge of dinner when we go down and she was having an off weekend :notsure:

I also spent most of the time out riding my bike, for Pokemon reasons :anonymous:, so I probably burned a lot more calories than a normal beach weekend.

I'm trying to get some lean muscle mass back on. I'm getting a pretty healthy dose of fat already. My MCT oil helps

Online cart on all pro and toytec's website

No sliders. I'd buy some if I came across a good deal because all my off-road shenanigans are in the mud, so I can't justify paying for any.

    Rear plate?

Rear plate bumper. I've always thought people should get a rear bumper before a front. In the end, it's your truck and as long as you're modding it, it's good in my eyes. Lol.

I've got the all-pro rear on my 2nd gen and love it. It's taken some gnarly hits from trailers, a civic, and a brick wall and hasn't been phased. Lol.

Guys, I think I finally found a legit excuse to allow you to skip leg day: break your ass.

I was wet wading, no wading boots, just tennis shoes. Stepped on a rock, slipped, took another step trying to not fall....fell anyway. Fell ass bone first directly onto a rock.

Now it's swollen and bruised and hurts to move. I was planning to go to the gym and train legs when I got done fishing....but considering I could barely walk from the truck to my house, that didn't happen.
