Was driving today and suddenly had both my front wheels wobbling. I put it in park and looked at them and both wheels are bowed in. I have blistien 5100s 3in and think it may be the ball joints in it but honestly idk. Anybody had issues with something similar?

First off, don't drive it until you get this figured out.
Jack up the truck to get the front wheels off the ground, push and pull on the wheel at 12 and 6 o'clock if you feel any play then its either your upper or lower ball joints.
do the same procedure but at 9 and 3 o'clock to check the tie rods. pics would help too.

Don't bother asking such open ended questions on the internet, especially w/o pictures to illustrate. Any answers you receive will be just guesses, whether they happen to guess right or not.

It seems you may not have much mechanical experience or instinct. Which is fine, we all had to learn sometime. But steering, like brakes, is not for the novice to guess about. It's arguably your #1.5 safety function.

At a minimum give us pictures.

Better yet, have it towed home and get a mechanically savvy friend to eyeball things for you, give us pics and explanations. And no, you can't flat tow it with a rope for free. You have to steer, remember?

Barring that, have it towed to a good independent mechanic and let them deal with it. I have a feeling that's where it will wind up for repairs anyway.

Whatever you do, be smart and safety conscious about it.

Wouldn't say I'm the most mechanic savey guy but I know a bit. I was on a trip and so had to leave it behind till later. I think it's ball joints.

Pic is the best I could do cause I had to get back on the road and didn't think of taking one

How many miles on those ball joints? How long have the lift billies been installed? We need info and pics, as Bill stated above.

Can't get any pics for now it's with a mechanic 3 hrs from me. Happened when I was visiting family. And the lift has been installed almost 2 years. Maybe 10,000 miles on them

I hear ya, so new wear pattern in the ball joints is possible at that new extreme angle. As the guys have said before, ball joints isn't a bad first place to look.

tie rod would not camber the wheel like that.
