If anybody knows of any places that are looking for people would you let me know? I'm looking to work 30 to 40 hours a week while I go to school for the next couple of years. I'm not looking for handouts or anything, just leads. I need to get into a better spot financially. :)

Starting a resume from scratch sucks, but it's so great when you've got a finished product. My personal advice is to avoid a template and just do it yourself. It'll allow for much more flexibility in the future! I've taken so many goddamn workshops and English courses focusing on resumes haha.

Also. If it's for Yelp, I'm guessing they're a company that likes creativity so don't be afraid to show it in your cover letter (or whatever you decide to do for that, such as a pretend Q and A between you and the company or whatever...options are limitless).

Good advice, thank you! I will probably start with a template for now just because I really wouldn't know where to start otherwise. None of my English classes have even touched on resumes, mostly just writing essays. I've really only taken basic college English classes though. I've got 2 more semesters and I will be done with my associates degree and then I am going to start on a bachelors in something else.

See that shit, no invite... Fawker!

Chris didn't seem coherent enough to receive help from anyone here. I was going to offer a ride but he never responded after his last incomplete post. Hope he's okay.

Mind if I wear a mankini if you invite me?

Making another more "professional" email address is a pain! All the names I can think of are taken at least with out a long string of numbers after them.

Tell me about it I had to go with my middle name as my first, since someone has my name same spelling and all which is annoying as my first name is the European spelling, and then my last name is Danish.
