Shit. When it rains, it pours. Don't sell, you just need to work through it. Get a computer connected and check your parameters. You might have a timing issue due to old/bad knock sensors. They tend to go bad and cause your ECU to pull timing over the smallest noise.

This seems helpful. Have you tried the su1075? Does it fit?

It felt like timing on me.

No my knock sensors seem to be doing ok. But I don't huck and thrash my truck quite as hard as you do :p

Its on my long list of things to do...

Also, how are your spark plugs looking? Should be regapped.

You also need to install S/C'er BOV: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S4FN7E4

So the back part of my 1st gen sc moved a bit and probably could have been resealed but I never did. Luckily you don't have to pull the whole unit to access or remove/repair it.

I'm not sure why you're not getting boost. It was a big difference with just the Sc and very noticeable once I installed the 7th. There must be something going on.

I've gapped my spark plugs at .32 and .43. No noticeable difference IMO.

Yea I can hear it. And feel it for a little bit. At 3k it just dies. No power at all. Pretty sure it's timing based but now sure how to address it.

I didn't read much and I know you know your shit Monte. But just in case, did you take into account the 95-96 ecu doesn't know what to do with the sc? I did see your dash apart a few days ago. Were you installing a 97+ ecu?

Yea I know that. Luckily for me I met @BossFoss in lander this weekend and lo and behold he had a wrecked 97. I swapped in the ecu today.

    Drove worse actually..
