It was a blast. I've never been out in Nashville before. Didn't expect it to be so touristy and it was super crowded everywhere we went.

The beer festival was pretty epic and the weather probably couldn't have been much better for August. After the rain moved through it was pretty cool out and perfect beer drinking weather. all weather is perfect beer drinking weather

I had it mounted for a while but never got around to buying a flashlight that fit in it so I took it back off. Lmao

 

Years ago, back when I was still single, I was a dance instructor...Seriously....Went to one lesson with a girlfriend just to get somewhere with her....Walked in and found 3 guys and 47 women. I decided odds like that were too good to pass up, so I got involved with helping to teach 2-step... We would go to Nashville 4 or 5 times a year to Whitehorse Café where they taped a dance show for Nashville Network. (which became CMT), and then the Grand Ol' Opry. Nashville was a fabulous place for bars and nightclubs.

So what has everyone been up to today besides work? I'm a little bored.

Worked out and got some shit for the year for my apartment.

 

I got two peacocks.

 

So my son loves critters. The two peacocks bring the tally to two peacocks, 8 ducks, 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 fish, 1 hermit crab, and about 20 head of cattle. It's only August, but he's already saying the only thing he wants for Christmas is a horse. I'm going to open a petting zoo.

 

Peacocks sound almost as bad as foxes.

 

Foxes are awesome, but that sound will make a bitch out of anyone who's not expecting it. Eerie as eff.
