Almost the same external size as the Yeti, advertises more ice fits inside it. So the walls are thinner holding less insulation and they are using that as the selling point?

If thats not the case, they suck at advertising.

I am not sure how the coolers stack up to a Yeti, but the Ozark Trail (Wally World brand I think) did just as good when compared to my buddy's Yeti 30oz tumbler in a head to head. I was thinking about picking up one of the OT coolers, thinking it would be just as good and for much less than the Yeti or RTIC, buuuut some sliders and bed bars from Avid jumped to the front of the line.

I will be getting my sliders welded on and bed bars installed on Wednesday from 12-3:00pm. If anyone is down for a Wednesday meet, I would be down. I just moved to Prescott Valley and know nothing about where to meet. Suggestions? If Wednesday doesn't work, or later that day is better, I can stick around. Lemme know. It would be cool to put faces with names and see some rigs. Oh, and a beer or three wouldn't be half bad either.

I have an RTIC stainless tumbler, I burn my mouth with coffee an hour after I pour it if that gives an indicator of thermal properties of their stuff?

Haha... well I'm more concerned with the cooler quality... Want to know if these will stand up to our desert heat.

RTIC or Yeti needs to make cooler boxer briefs to keep the giblets cozy and swamp ass to a minimum

I would imagine they work well at keeping things cold, their insulation is quality.
