I've considered the Bestop Soft Top version...but then again, in SoCal it rains about every time we have a new president...so the urgency is pretty low.

But keeping stuff away from prying eyes is nice.

what do you know another dumb question on the wrong forum lol. but i looked at the rims and tires ones and they didn't reply very well so i was seeing if there were some guys that new a little bit about tire sizes. I have 265/75r16 on my truck and wanted buy some @6570r16's off a guy because i want his rims and those are included, but i didn't know exactly if 75-70 would fit so anyone could let me know if that would be a problem. or if its just like putting new same tires on, thanks guys all of you have been great with the replys!

Couple mods down, many mods to go
Installed my sumo springs and not gunna lie I'm not sold on how it rides. It's really bouncy. Tempted to just cut a layer off but then I can't return em and I'm out $180. I'll play around with it for a couple days and see how I like it. I'll put a heavy load behind it tomorrow to see how it rides differently

Do you mean 265/70/16 on the guys tires? That would be 5% of 265 smaller sidewall height than your current tires. Itll fit, but its a size smaller.

I looked and can't find the prewired female plug for the clutch disengage. No wire for the cruise indicator light or ECM wire. And no prewired fog light connections, but it could be wired for a backup camera, haven't investigated that yet. Cruise control really what I need done before fog lights or backup camera.

The same shit everyone else has.
Worked on cleaning it some more. Polished the exhaust tip and started cleaning and sealing the mudflaps to make future clean up easier

Unless things have changed since your 2010 was built, the TRD off road standard tire was a 265/70-16. I know on my 2013 PreRunner, I went from the stock steel wheels which had 245/75-16s to a set of TRD off-road wheels and 265/70-16s. I think the reason some guys are running the 75 series tire is that it's a little taller so they get a slight increase in ground clearance. Now if your truck is a TRD Sport, I'm not sure which tire/wheel combo they ran in 2010. The 3rd gen TRD Sports run a 17" wheel with a 60 or 65 series tire...I can't remember which.

    Just a few minor things.
An extra 5mm ground clearance? Lol. WIDTH(mm)/PROFILE(mm)/RIM SIZE(inches)

I stuck that velcro on the back of a long magnet and paired it with a @KB Voodoo Tailgate cap.

I forget whose write up it was... but the velcro keeps the magnet attached to the tail gate cap.

Is that the same light bar as @XPOTRPR? How do you like it? Been thinking about that bar plus interior leds.

It's actually profile as a percentage of the width. The 265/75 is about 1" larger in diameter than the 265/70.

Actually, there's an inch difference in diameter. According to Tire Rack, a Michelin LTX 265/70-16 is 30.6 inches tall and the same tire in a 265/75-16 is 31.6 inches tall. The second number, i.e. profile, is a percentage number. In other words, on a 265/75 tire, the height of the sidewall is 75% of the tread width...a 265/70 tire has a sidewall height that is 70% of the tread width.

Granted, an inch difference in tire height means only a half inch more ground clearance, but for many it's the perception that the truck is now lifted.

I see ericd beat me to it.

All I can say is, if you had less than a half inch of clearance getting your truck in the garage, you have an awfully short door.
