So I have had a pretty busy weekend so far with some fab work on my 4Runner grill and lights. I learned a few things very quickly...1. The lights I ordered are HEAVY!.....EXTREMELY HEAVY! and 2. I understand now why 99% of the 4Runners i have seen with grill lights just mount a lightbar. But......with that said, I went a bit of a different route and am actually very proud of the outcome. Here are just a few pics I have snapped during all this work. I still have some stuff to clean up and dress up so don't hate too hard on me.

Don't mind the center brackets being angled. My damn horns are in my way on the right side so i had to use a smaller bracket to clear the horns. Luckily the outcome is dead nuts level.

My rear lights are not that bad I promise, I was just on a gravel pit with a lot of holes so it looks bad

The light output really couldn't be better. I get tremendous light directly at the 4Runner, but they throw a lot more light a long way compared to what the photos show. Couldn't be more happy or proud of this mod.

I think I'm gonna dude. Aaron needs new tires soon so I'd just give him my RTs. I'm just worried about losing all that power.

It's TALL right at 40" but I'll confirm if you want. I have tools, a cv, a full size floor jack(35lbs), 2-40lb bags of sand in there and it's tall. It works great for rock crawling but I've resigned from that. When we have the fridge, dog and gear it sits fine if you saw the picture I posted a couple pages back. What do you have now and if they are 891's I'm interested.

    SUPErbumps

I ditched the superbumps before Sunday's run and the truck handled much better. I figure the superbumps may help some shocks but they were certainly altering the characteristics of my shocks. I'm leaving them off for now as I believe I felt the truck floated better and was less sensitive to the terrain.

Thanks, I think with the 861's I'd sit right around 39.5" from everything I read which goes along with what you said. I have smaller tires than you also. Part of me wants to do it and raise the front up from 36.5" currently to 37.5" and have a lot of rake, but I also might just throw the cone bumps and a trim packer back there to get it up to 38.5" and raise the front to 37". It's nice not having it super tall up front.

I've got 7.5 wraps right now.

Shot the owner a PM, definitely look used hard. I have new shocks sitting in my room right now, just need to find the time to install them... Plus my UCAs... Plus my CVs...

You had them too low then and they were limiting your up travel.

I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
I have ABS but I also have a 2000 3rd gen with a manual trans. Did you get the same ODB2 error code as the guy on T4R.org?

I know you're not an Icon fan because of their valving. Can you go a little more in depth about that?
