    Well, I ended up applying for both :eek::fingerscrossed: my school is during the week, so I'm hoping this are weekend schedules

    Apply for as many positions as you can, not just the ones you want. I have a job offer from them tomorrow/today in the afternoon but might have to cancel if the hospital(s) I'm applying to come through.

    Honestly man they are so hungry for workers on weekend second you wont even need my assistance. And weekend second will start you closer to 19 /19.50 and youll max out in 2.5 years at 21/21.50. Plus there is incentive for throwing over 100 percent all the way up to 130. So for me 19.50 is my base rate and a 130 will yeild me 5.85 more per hour i worked. So pay is 20 flat plus 5.85 for 25.85 at a weekly average of 130.
