I had that done on the first rotator cuff surgery in 2001 . I started losing ROM and the doctor recommended more intense PT which included muscle scraping to remove scar tissue

 

Morning Everyone !!

Slightly cooler temps today then tomorrow temps start climbing back up . The fire up in the mtns grew to over 7k acres last night and threatening homes now near Lake Arrowhead . Weather forecasts predict strong winds from the North this afternoon and could blow up again

 

So, as if my mother going into the hospital (for a third time) isn't enough misery



Some days it pays to just stay in bed

Big F350 in front of me had to panic stop on the highway on-ramp. I had nowhere to go and the road was wet.
Traction control and ABS can only do so much. Low speed, but I'm 2 tons and he was probably 4 tons of metal

 

well it can be fixed of course if you wanted 1 of the off road bumpers i guess now would be the time. hope your mom's ok mine just got back out of the hospital

 

Thanks brother. Hopefully mom will get better. The truck will probably get some TRD parts. Might as well, they cost the same.

 

Thanks Casper. It's one day at a time I guess. She is at the age where multiple things break down, so managing them all is a challenge. Being an only child doesn't help the situation as I'm not a great caregiver.

Right now I'm patiently waiting on a delivery from La-z-boy for my new recliner couch . They give you a 3 hr window and they make you wait 2 hrs 45 min LOL !!

 

2006 parked camry and i happened to IDLE into it! yes i said idle.

 

Even at slow speed, you're still impacting with 2 tons of force. Everything is going to crumble.
Did you try pushing out the dent? Mine popped out, so the bumper looks a bit better. It's still messed up, but at least the big dent popped

 

Haha! Thanks. It finally just quit for a bit but it's pretty much been rain since Sunday! It beats the alternative!
