this squeak is getting to be very bothersome, I shot all the bushings I could find a couple days ago, that didn't help. Seems like it is only the driver side making all the noise.

I don't know about you, but I sure didn't expect a brand new (less than 2 week old) shock to go bad. Bleeding and no pressure in the driver rear. Lame!

You should have no issue getting it replaced. Every manufacturer has a few that go by that are flawed but their great customer service should help you get those changed out no problem

I thought about plasti-dipping the emblems once.
Edit: What's the biggest tire you guys have been able to run with the stage III that don't rub without cmc or cutting anything?

i have a 16' trd offroad double cab and love the look of 285/75/16 KO2's on the stock offroad wheel. from what i can tell, i need a 3" lift to clear that tire though. being i don't go offroad and this is just an esthetics thing, can i do a spacer kit, and will i need to do anything else like cab chop, wheel spacers or uca's?

Easy install for a 37 year old, tougher for a 57 year old ....damn UCA bolts, alignment of pack pin for AAL and the rest.....axle alignment. But love the ride will add post lift ride heights. Drives straight, full lock with a bump rub....Cmc next on list....

Did you cut the UCA bolts? I am determined that I am not cutting mine, but can't say that I have seen anywhere where someone actually got them out without giving up and cutting them. Then again, I haven't tried to bend anything yet. Your truck looks REALLY good!

I'm not saying it's likely, but if the nut backs off, the bolt is more likely to work itself out if angled down. I have read about this happening on other forums. I can't really see it happening with locking compound I guess. As an Engineer, I always prefer original design first. If I have to put mine in backwards, I will probably use locking compound and lockwire. I'm not disagreeing with doing it this way, just wondering if it can be done as per original design.

Actually a good idea on a couple wraps of safety wire. I did loctite blue, but will steal your idea and do a couple wraps.

If I buy a stage 2 icon kit do I have to buy new UCA? I'm a noob to all this but I'm really leaning towards buying icons.

You don't have to buy UCA's, but I would at 3". Nothing wrong with your lift, but I think it is crazy to run 2000 dollar coil over and add-a-leaf. Get a spring pack...they are only like 450 bucks.
