That was the place on my list to stop in KC! I'm only gonna hit one place in each major city so I'm not getting home 15 lbs heavier lol.

I also saw where the Anheuser Busch brewery is in St. Louis. That could get dangerous

 

So with me being back at school, I'm going to be able to eat a lot like I need to, and I couldn't be more excited. Woke up and had a big bowl of cereal, some sausage and my mass gainer, then went and killed shoulders. Now lunch is looking like a pound of grilled chicken, some roasted red potatoes, and some brown rice. I may eat the same thing again for dinner. I got cleared by my doctor to do abs and legs again, so I'm doing legs tomorrow. Looking forward to putting some weight back on

So I had to mail by 1st year law school books back to Amazon today and the box weighed 25 lbs and as soon as I picked it up out of my truck, my damn shoulder started hurting again. Hope it's not something mo serious. Hopefully chestnbis tonight help loosen it up.

 

Brown rice sucks. I'd way rather eat white rice.

 

Just add soy sauce to white rice...boom brown rice

 

I'm the same way. Stacey loves it though. To me it's more grainy? But yeah white, jasmine, basmati anything but brown

So finger crossed ladies and gents. Going tomorrow for final follow up MRI and X-rays and to see the surgeon. Hoping he says I can start mobility and strength training and that I haven't fucked anything up in the arm. The bump is larger now than when I orginally injured it. Stacey said its because I've lost so much muscle in that arm that everything is very promonant but I'm skeptical. Either way hope tomorrow goes good.

 

Stacey just informed me we have a bag of brown basmati in the cupboard. So stay tuned next Monday for a comparison.

Just watched the dumbest movie ever "Bronson" but tom hardy has some of the biggest traps I've ever seen. Definitely not someone I'd fuck with.

 

I have that one to watch but haven't gotten around to it. He looks huge in the promo. He was huge in batman too. Just an all around BAMF

 

Don't waste your time, it was terrible. You'd be better off just googling the story of Charlie Bronson and looking up a picture of Tom Hardy's dick.
